Chandler’s Sand & Gravel offers Inert Debris facilities & Recycling yards, strategically placed, throughout Southern California. Our mission is to expedite construction projects by offering one stop disposal yards. We accept Inert material including mixed loads; dirt, concrete, asphalt w/ petro-mat, brick, block, tile, porcelain, pool plaster, clay, sand, rock, gravel and some sites can accept boring mud and slurry.

Some of our sites, upon availability, offer recycled class II CMB and fill sand. Please call our experienced team to see how we can help your project save time and cost.

Along with Inert disposal sites, our team can facilitate construction aggregates from our quarries through our mining partners. We also have specialized real estate services including leasing and acquisitions. We can also offer onsite management, consulting and project development.

Inert Debris Engineered Fill Operations

Type A Inert Debris

Fully cured asphalt, uncontaminated concrete, brick, ceramics, clay and clay products, which may be mixed with rock and soil, are spread on land in lifts and compacted under controlled conditions to achieve a uniform and dense mass capable of supporting structural loading as necessary or having other characteristics appropriate for an end use where an engineered fill is required to facilitate productive use of the land.

Land Reclamation

Over 100 million tons of mined land reclaimed.

Land reclamation, usually known as reclamation, and also known as land fill (not to be confused with a landfill), is the process of reconverting disturbed land to its former or other productive uses. The land reclaimed is known as reclamation ground or land fill. In this case, mined out quarries.

Construction aggregate, or simply "aggregate", is a broad category of coarse to medium grained particulate material used in construction, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geosynthetic aggregates.
